Description

These easy, no-bake Key Lime Crack bars are the perfect treat for any occasion. With a sweet, creamy lime filling and a crunchy graham cracker base, they’re irresistibly delicious.


Ingredients

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

– 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4-5 limes)

– 2 tablespoons lime zest


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

3. Stir in the fresh lime juice and zest, mixing until the filling is smooth and creamy.

4. Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.

5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

6. Once chilled, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a tangy twist, add a teaspoon of lime extract to the filling. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
