Ingredients

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

– 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice (about 20 key limes)

– 1 teaspoon grated key lime zest

– Graham crackers, for serving


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until well combined.

3. Stir in the key lime juice and zest until fully incorporated.

4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
