Description

Indulge in these restaurant-quality Korean BBQ Steak Rice Bowls, featuring tender, flavorful steak slices, fragrant white rice, and a mouthwatering spicy cream sauce.

Ingredients

– 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

– 2 cups cooked white rice

– 2 green onions, sliced

– 2 tbsp sesame seeds

– 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. – Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.

2. – In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, and garlic. Set aside.

3. – Grill the steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

4. – In a serving bowl, add the cooked white rice. Top with the grilled steak slices and drizzle the spicy cream sauce over the top.

5. – Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes (if using).

6. – Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a milder version, reduce the amount of gochujang in the sauce. The steak can also be marinated in the sauce for 30 minutes before grilling for extra flavor.
