Description

Indulge in the ultimate fusion of flavors with this delectable Korean Bulgogi Burrito. Tender, marinated bulgogi beef is combined with fresh vegetables and wrapped in a soft tortilla for a satisfying and mouthwatering meal.

Ingredients

– 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

– 1/2 cup soy sauce

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons sesame oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon grated ginger

– 1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

– 1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded

– 2 carrots, julienned

– 4 green onions, sliced

– 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped

– 8 large tortillas

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Remove the beef from the heat and stir in the gochujang.

4. To assemble the burritos, place a tortilla on a flat surface. Layer the cooked bulgogi, shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, and kimchi down the center of the tortilla.

5. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and continue rolling tightly to create a burrito.

6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 8 burritos.

Notes

For extra heat, you can add more gochujang to the bulgogi mixture. The burritos can be wrapped in foil and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
