Ingredients

– 3 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

– 1 cup ricotta cheese

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1 cup marinara sauce

– 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. – In a 9×13 baking dish, arrange a single layer of zucchini slices.

3. – Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the zucchini layer.

4. – Top with another layer of zucchini slices.

5. – Pour the marinara sauce over the zucchini and ricotta layers.

6. – Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
