Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon instant yeast
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 3/4 cup warm water
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
– 1 tablespoon lemon zest
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms.
2. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
4. Roll out the dough into a thin, round pizza crust and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
5. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and zest.
6. Spread the lemon mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border.
7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the lemon sauce, followed by the chopped basil, oregano, and thyme.
