Description

Indulge in the rich, buttery flavor of this easy Lobster Tail Recipe, ready in just 30 minutes. Perfectly cooked lobster tails are basted in a lemon-butter sauce and broiled to perfection, creating a restaurant-quality seafood dish you can enjoy at home.

Ingredients

– 4 (4-6 oz) lobster tails, butterflied

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high heat and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the butterflied lobster tails, meat-side up, on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Generously brush the lobster meat with the lemon-butter mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.

5. Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred on the edges.

6. Baste the lobster tails with the remaining lemon-butter sauce and serve immediately, garnished with fresh lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality lobster tails. You can also add a sprinkle of chopped parsley or chives for extra flavor and color.
