Ingredients
– 2 lbs ground beef
– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 12 slices bacon
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, maple syrup, whiskey, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
3. – Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
4. – Carefully wrap the bacon slices around the meatloaf, overlapping the edges to ensure full coverage.
5. – Bake the meatloaf for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. – Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
