Description

Marry Me Gnocchi is an indulgent, creamy pasta dish that will have you swooning with every bite. Tender potato gnocchi are cooked to perfection and tossed in a silky, cheese-infused sauce for a comforting and utterly delicious meal.

Ingredients

– 1 lb potato gnocchi

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, about 2-3 minutes, until they float to the top.

2. 2. Drain the gnocchi and return them to the pot.

3. 3. In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, Parmesan, and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth, about 5 minutes.

4. 4. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the cooked gnocchi and toss to coat evenly.

5. 5. Stir in the chopped basil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6. 6. Serve the Marry Me Gnocchi immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan and basil if desired.

Notes

For a richer, creamier sauce, you can use half-and-half or a combination of heavy cream and milk. Grated Parmesan can also be substituted for the freshly grated. If you prefer a little heat, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
