Ingredients

– 1 head green cabbage, shredded

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Add the shredded cabbage and garlic to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, about 15 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard or a splash of white wine vinegar to the skillet. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated before serving.
