Description

Ingredients

– 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained

– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

– 1 teaspoon chili powder

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon cumin

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained corn, cream cheese, sour cream, Mexican cheese blend, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix until well combined.

2. 2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped fresh cilantro.

Notes
