Ingredients
– 1 pre-made pizza crust
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
– 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
– 1/4 cup sliced black olives
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. – In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
3. – Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes (with juice). Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. – Spread the beef mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
5. – Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
6. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. – Remove from oven and top with sliced olives and chopped cilantro.
8. – Slice and serve immediately.
