Ingredients
– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– Juice of 1 lime
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt until well coated.
3. – Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. – Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
5. – Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with the lime juice and chopped cilantro.
