Description

Indulge in the rich, velvety flavor of Millionaire Gnocchi With Creamy Sauce. This easy, 30-minute recipe is perfect for a cozy weeknight meal or special occasion.

Ingredients

– 1 pound gnocchi

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 1 teaspoon dried parsley

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cream begins to thicken.

4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.

6. Sprinkle with dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra indulgent dish, top with crispy pancetta or prosciutto. Leftover gnocchi can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated gently in the creamy sauce.
