Ingredients
– 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
– 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
– 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
3. Stir in the peppermint extract until well combined.
4. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, smoothing it into an even layer.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.
7. Break or cut the bark into pieces and serve.
Notes
