Ingredients

– 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree

– 3 large eggs

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup vegetable oil

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

2. – In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.

3. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
