Ingredients
– 4 salmon fillets
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons Sriracha
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a shallow baking dish, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
3. Add the salmon fillets and turn to coat them evenly in the sauce.
4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
