Description

Indulge in the captivating flavors of this Mulberry & Earl Grey Cheesecake – a rich, creamy treat that’s perfect for any occasion. With a vibrant mulberry swirl and the delicate floral notes of Earl Grey tea, this no-bake dessert is a true delight.

Ingredients

– 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/4 cup heavy cream

– 2 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves

– 2 cups fresh mulberries, plus more for garnish

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

2. In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the Earl Grey tea leaves. Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain to remove the leaves.

3. Add the steeped cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.

4. In a food processor, blend the 2 cups of mulberries with the lemon juice until smooth.

5. Swirl the mulberry puree into the cheesecake batter, creating a marbled effect.

6. Pour the cheesecake batter into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.

7. When ready to serve, remove the cheesecake from the pan and garnish with additional fresh mulberries.

Notes

For a deeper Earl Grey flavor, you can steep the tea leaves in the cream for up to 10 minutes. You can also use frozen mulberries if fresh are not available.
