Ingredients
– 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch thick rounds
– 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. Using a sharp knife, make parallel cuts across each kielbasa slice, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. 4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the top of each kielbasa slice, making sure to get it in between the cuts.
5. 5. Arrange the prepared kielbasa slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the kielbasa is crispy and the mustard mixture has caramelized.
7. 7. Serve the Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
