Ingredients
– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup fresh nasturtium leaves, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon lemon zest
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped nasturtium leaves, minced garlic, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Mix until well incorporated.
2. Season with salt and stir to combine.
3. Transfer the Nasturtium Herb Butter to a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape into a log and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
