Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

– 1/2 cup fresh nasturtium leaves, finely chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon lemon zest

– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

– 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped nasturtium leaves, minced garlic, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Mix until well incorporated.

2. Season with salt and stir to combine.
