Ingredients

– 2 cups fresh spinach

– 1 ripe banana

– 1 kiwi, peeled

– 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

– 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

– Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Add the spinach, banana, kiwi, coconut milk, and honey to a high-powered blender.

2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
