Ingredients
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup honey
– 2 cups fresh blueberries
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the honey and beat until well combined.
3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
4. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
5. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top of the pie.
6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until set.
