Ingredients

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

– 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts (optional)

– 2 tablespoons melted peanut butter (optional)


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, creating an even crust on the bottom and up the sides.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, and mix until well incorporated.

4. Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.

5. Spread the peanut butter filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.

6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

7. Before serving, drizzle the top of the pie with melted peanut butter and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate graham crackers instead of regular. You can also add a layer of chopped peanuts between the crust and filling for extra texture. The pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
