Description

Indulge in the classic flavor combination of Oreo cookies and creamy cheesecake with these easy, 3-ingredient Oreo Cheesecake Bars. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or any time you need a rich, decadent dessert.


Ingredients

– 36 Oreo cookies, crushed

– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.

2. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

4. Spread half of the Oreo crumbs into the prepared baking pan, pressing them down firmly.

5. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the Oreo crust.

6. Sprinkle the remaining Oreo crumbs over the top of the cheesecake filling.

7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is almost set.

8. Allow the bars to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese. The bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
