This Oreo Cookie Poke Cake is a decadent, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. With a moist, chocolatey cake base, a creamy sweetened condensed milk topping, and a whipped cream and Oreo cookie crumb finish, it’s a delicious and easy treat that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
– 1 (18.25 oz) package chocolate cake mix
– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
– 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
– 1 (15.35 oz) package Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and pour into the prepared baking pan.
3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Allow the cake to cool completely, then use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the top of the cake.
5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the cake, making sure to fill the holes.
6. Spread the whipped topping over the top of the cake, then sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the whipped topping.
7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, or until the sweetened condensed milk has set, before serving.
Notes
For best results, use a chocolate cake mix that bakes up moist and fudgy. You can also add a layer of chocolate syrup between the cake and the sweetened condensed milk for an extra chocolatey treat.
