Description

Crispy, golden brown Parmesan Potato Stacks are the perfect easy side dish that’s ready in just 10 minutes. Tender potato slices are layered, brushed with olive oil, and baked until irresistibly crispy, then topped with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for a delightful savory flavor.

Ingredients

– 4 medium Russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

2. – Arrange the potato slices in stacks on the prepared baking sheet.

3. – Brush the tops of the potato stacks with olive oil.

4. – Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potato stacks.

5. – Season with salt and pepper.

6. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

7. – Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

– For extra crispy potatoes, try baking the stacks on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.

– Experiment with different types of cheese, such as cheddar or Gruyère, for a variety of flavors.

– These Parmesan Potato Stacks can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer.
