Ingredients

– 1 (15 oz) can chickpea liquid (aquafaba)

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter

– 1/2 cup powdered sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whip the aquafaba until it forms stiff peaks, about 5-7 minutes.

2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

3. Gently fold the peanut butter mixture into the whipped aquafaba until fully incorporated and no streaks remain.
