Buttery, flaky crescent rolls filled with a rich and gooey pecan pie filling – the perfect quick and indulgent dessert!
Ingredients
– 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
– 1 cup chopped pecans
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
3. – In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
4. – Place a heaping tablespoon of the pecan filling onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
5. – Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the tip.
6. – Place the filled crescent rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
7. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
8. – Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use fresh, high-quality pecans. You can also drizzle the baked rolls with a simple powdered sugar glaze.
