Description

A quick and easy homemade peppermint dip that’s perfect for holiday parties and gatherings. This creamy, refreshing dip is made with just a few simple ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to prepare.


Ingredients

– 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 tsp peppermint extract

– 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies, plus more for topping


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract, and continue beating until well combined.

3. Gently fold in the crushed peppermint candies.

4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

5. Top with additional crushed peppermint candies before serving.

Notes

– For an extra festive touch, serve the dip with graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or other dippers.

– Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
