Description

Indulge in the vibrant and creamy flavors of Pink Bow Tie Pasta with Beet Alfredo, a quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for any occasion. The tender bow tie pasta is coated in a luscious beet-infused alfredo sauce for a truly captivating dish.

Ingredients

– 8 ounces bow tie pasta

– 2 medium beets, peeled and diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a blender, combine the diced beets, garlic, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. In a large skillet, heat the beet alfredo sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked bow tie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly in the beet alfredo sauce.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve the Pink Bow Tie Pasta with Beet Alfredo warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, let the beet alfredo simmer for a few minutes before adding the pasta. You can also add a splash of reserved pasta cooking water to thin out the sauce if needed.
