Ingredients
– 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 2 egg yolks

– 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 4 (6-oz) ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
2. 2. In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Let cool slightly.
3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until light and fluffy.
