Ingredients
– 12 hard-boiled eggs
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup chopped unsalted pistachios
Instructions
1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
2. In a medium bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
4. Top each filled egg half with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
5. Refrigerate the pistachio-crusted deviled eggs until ready to serve.
