Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 4 large eggs

– 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 cup chopped pistachios

– 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, roughly chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
