Description

Indulge in the rich, buttery goodness of this easy-to-make Praline Crunch. With a caramelized, crunchy texture and irresistible flavor, this treat is perfect for snacking, topping desserts, or gifting to loved ones.

Ingredients

– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups brown sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 3 cups pecans, roughly chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved.

3. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt, mixing until well incorporated.

4. Fold in the chopped pecans, making sure they are evenly coated with the butter-sugar mixture.

5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring it’s in an even layer.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until the praline is golden brown and caramelized.

7. Remove the praline from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.

8. Once cooled, break the praline into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store the Praline Crunch in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. For a sweeter version, add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of bourbon to the mixture.
