Description

These irresistible Pull-Apart Meatball Parm Sliders are the ultimate game day or party appetizer. Tender meatballs, gooey melted cheese, and savory marinara sauce nestled between soft, buttery pull-apart rolls make for a mouthwatering bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan

– 1 egg

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 2 cups marinara sauce

– 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

– 12 slider buns, halved

– 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange them in a baking dish.

4. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

5. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the baking dish, nestling them around the meatballs.

6. Brush the tops of the buns with the melted butter.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Remove from oven and top the buns with the remaining top halves.

9. Serve warm, with extra marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes
