Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 12 dinner rolls, split in half horizontally
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
3. Scoop the meatball mixture and form into 12 equal-sized meatballs.
4. Place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls in a baking dish. Top each roll with a meatball and then sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
5. Cover the dish with the top halves of the dinner rolls.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve the pull-apart meatball sliders warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter or garlic butter before baking. You can also try different cheese varieties, such as provolone or cheddar, to mix things up.
