Ingredients
– 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground ginger
– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
3. – In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until well combined.
4. – Place a spoonful of the pumpkin cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
5. – Tightly roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the narrow tip.
6. – Arrange the filled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
7. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
8. – Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
