Description

Radish Relish is a quick and easy condiment that adds a delightful crunch and flavor boost to any dish. With its vibrant colors and tangy-yet-sweet profile, it’s the perfect topping for burgers, tacos, sandwiches, and more.

Ingredients

– 1 pound radishes, thinly sliced

– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon kosher salt

– 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced radishes, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until the radishes are evenly coated.

2. Let the relish sit for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.

3. Just before serving, stir in the chopped parsley.

4. Serve the Radish Relish as a topping for burgers, tacos, sandwiches, or use it as a dip with crackers or fresh bread.

Notes

For a milder flavor, start with 1 tablespoon of honey and add more to taste. The relish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
