Ingredients

– 1 cup ricotta cheese

– 1/4 cup honey, plus more for drizzling

– 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta cheese and 1/4 cup of honey until well combined.

3. 3. Fold in the chopped pistachios.

4. 4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the ricotta mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

5. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.

6. 6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with additional honey before serving.
