Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. – In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
3. – Pour the chicken mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
4. – In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. – Sprinkle the Ritz cracker topping evenly over the chicken mixture.
