Ingredients
– 1 head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch thick slices
– 6 slices bacon
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange the cabbage slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the cabbage and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat the cabbage evenly.
3. Lay the bacon slices over the top of the cabbage steaks.
4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the bacon is crispy.
