Description

Elevate your morning with these fragrant and delightful Rose Water Pancakes. Infused with the delicate floral notes of rose water, these fluffy pancakes are a true delight for the senses.

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 1/2 cups milk

– 2 large eggs

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1 teaspoon rose water

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and rose water.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently whisk until just combined (do not overmix).

4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat.

5. Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

7. Serve the rose water pancakes warm, drizzled with honey and garnished with fresh rose petals, if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, substitute buttermilk for the regular milk. You can also add a touch of pink food coloring to the batter for a more vibrant hue.
