Description

Indulge in the rich, creamy goodness of Ruths Chris Corn Pudding – a decadent side dish that’s perfect for any occasion. This classic recipe is easy to make and packed with comforting flavors.

Ingredients

– 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

– 2 large eggs

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.

3. Stir in the drained corn, melted butter, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

4. Pour the corn pudding mixture into the prepared baking dish.

5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. This corn pudding can also be made ahead and reheated before serving. For a richer flavor, use half-and-half or a combination of heavy cream and milk.
