Ingredients

– 1 pound sashimi-grade salmon, thinly sliced

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

– 1 tablespoon sesame oil

– 1 teaspoon honey

– 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions

– 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

– 1/4 cup micro-greens or chopped cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey to make the dressing.

2. Arrange the sliced salmon on a serving platter or individual plates.

3. Drizzle the soy sesame dressing over the salmon, then sprinkle with the sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds.

4. Garnish with the micro-greens or chopped cilantro.

5. Serve immediately, with extra soy sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

This Salmon Crudo can be prepared up to 2 hours in advance and chilled until ready to serve. The dressing can also be made ahead of time. For a heartier meal, serve the Salmon Crudo over a bed of mixed greens or with steamed rice.
