Description

Sausage Hashbrown Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the savory flavors of breakfast sausage with crispy hashbrowns and melted cheese. These bite-sized bites are perfect for any party or gathering, and they’re ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

– 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

– 3 cups shredded hashbrowns

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 2 eggs, beaten

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled sausage, shredded hashbrowns, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. – Scoop the mixture into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

4. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.

5. – Remove the Sausage Hashbrown Bites from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

– For extra flavor, try adding chopped green onions or diced bell peppers to the mixture.

– Serve the Sausage Hashbrown Bites with a side of ranch, barbecue, or other dipping sauce for extra deliciousness.
