Ingredients

– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced zucchini, mushrooms, and onions. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
