Ingredients

– 8 oz lo mein noodles

– 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

– 2 tbsp rice vinegar

– 1 tbsp brown sugar

– 1 tsp sesame seeds

– 2 cups shredded cabbage

– 1 cup shredded carrots

– 2 green onions, thinly sliced


Instructions

1. – Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. – In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

3. – Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

4. – Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir to combine.
