Ingredients
– 8 oz lo mein noodles
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
– 2 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tsp sesame seeds
– 2 cups shredded cabbage
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. – Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
