Description

Enjoy a delectable and easy-to-make sheet pan meal featuring tender, flavorful salmon fillets glazed in a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce, paired with crispy roasted broccoli florets. This Sheet Pan Hot Honey Salmon & Broccoli comes together in just 30 minutes, making it the perfect weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

– 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces

– 1 head broccoli, cut into florets

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons hot honey (or regular honey mixed with hot sauce)

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.

3. Arrange the seasoned broccoli florets on a large, rimmed baking sheet.

4. In the same bowl, combine the salmon fillets, the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper. Toss to coat the salmon evenly.

5. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet with the broccoli, making sure they are not touching.

6. Drizzle the hot honey over the salmon fillets, using a spoon to spread it evenly.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the broccoli is tender and lightly charred.

8. Serve the Sheet Pan Hot Honey Salmon & Broccoli immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

This recipe can be easily customized by swapping the salmon for another protein, such as chicken or tofu. You can also adjust the amount of hot honey to suit your desired level of spiciness.
