– 1/2 cup soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
