Description

Indulge in the rich, creamy, and flavor-packed Skillet Sun-Dried Tomato Dip. This easy-to-make appetizer is perfect for parties, game days, or any occasion when you need a delicious dip to share.

Ingredients

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

2. In a food processor, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, sautéed garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Blend until smooth and well combined.

3. Transfer the dip to the skillet and heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

5. Serve the Skillet Sun-Dried Tomato Dip warm with crackers, toasted bread, or your favorite dipping accompaniments.

Notes

For a creamier dip, add an extra 2-4 ounces of cream cheese. For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes. The dip can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
